RESOLUTION NO. 19-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR THE 1180 MAIN STREET PROJECT WHEREAS, Premia Capital (the Applicant) submitted an application for an Architectural Permit (AP2017-091), Conditional Use Permit (UP2018-006), Tentative Map (TM2018-006), and Affordable Housing Plan to construct a three-story, 109,375 square foot office building (the Project) located at 1180 Main Street & 1190 Main Street which is within the Mixed -Use LiveMork Zoning District; and WHEREAS, a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) has been prepared to assess potential environmental impacts that could result from implementation of the Project in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Section 2100 et seq.; hereafter, "CEQA") and the Guidelines for implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (Title 14, section 15000 et seq. of the California Code of Regulations; hereafter, the "CEQA Guidelines"); and WHEREAS, the MND concluded that the Project, with the proposed mitigation measures contained in the MND and associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) prepared for the City, would not have a significant adverse effect on the environment; and WHEREAS, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Sections 15072 and 15073, a Notice of Intent to adopt the MND was filed with the County Clerk, sent to the State Office of Planning and Research, and advertised in the newspaper to inform the public of the 30 -day public review and comment period; and WHEREAS, the MND was published for public review and comment beginning on April 26, 2019 and ending May 27, 2019; and Page 1 of 4 ATTY/RESOS/2019/RESO.0080 PC RESO 1180 MAIN CEQA REV: 07-25-19 PR
