r WIMA MN <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall install a total of two internet-connected Lockers at Red Morton Park and at Mazes <br />Park to lend Equipment to the public (such as Frisbees, soccer balls, footballs, kites, and other <br />items). The City will have final say over the Equipment. The Lockers will be placed near a <br />recreation area where the Equipment might be used, as determined by City. A member of the <br />public can use Vendor's Mobile Application to locate a nearby Locker and open its locker door <br />to retrieve the desired Equipment, and then return the Equipment for free. The City is interested <br />in determining if the Lockers would be useful amenities in City parks and in learning from <br />Vendor about which types of Equipment are used. <br />Vendor shall deliver the following Services: <br />1. Vendor shall deliver and install the Lockers and Equipment to the City at Red <br />Morton Park and at Mazes Park at the City's direction. Vendor shall stock the Lockers; <br />2. Vendor shall be responsible for all general maintenance and upkeep of the <br />Lockers, Equipment and Premises; <br />3. Vendor shall provide any necessary repairs or restocking of the Lockers if any <br />Equipment is not returned as well as trying out a variety of recreation equipment (sports and <br />picnic -related) during the Term as necessary; and <br />4. Vendor shall share with the City certain de -identified and aggregated data <br />regarding the usage of the Lockers and Equipment during the Term, the scope of which is to be <br />determined in Vendor's sole discretion. <br />City Responsibilities: <br />1. During installation of the Lockers, the City will provide the necessary space and <br />direction to install the Lockers on concrete pads at the Premises; <br />2. After installation, City shall not obstruct, remove, or tamper with Lockers, <br />Equipment, or other property furnished by Vendor, except in the case of an emergency as <br />determined by the City in its sole discretion. City will promptly notify Vendor if any maintenance, <br />repairs, or restocking of the Lockers are necessary. City grants Vendor access during all <br />business hours to City's Premises for the purposes of maintenance, service, and restocking of <br />the Lockers; <br />3. City acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment in the I-ockers is only <br />accessible by the public through Vendor's Mobile Application. However the City and its <br />personnel, will have access to the Lockers and the Equipment at all times without being <br />required to create an account on the Mobile Application or agreeing to any terms of use relating <br />to the Mobile Application; and <br />4.
