EXHIBIT A <br />Scone of Work <br />Contractor will completely replace the fire alarm panel serving the Jefferson Parking <br />Garage, located at 750 Jefferson Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063. Contractor shall provide all <br />labor and parts associated with the complete! replacement, including the following parts: <br />• One (1) -Silent Knight 6808 addressable fire alarm control panel; <br />• One (1) -Silent Knight Annunciator 6855; <br />• Nine (9)- SilentKnight addressable photo smoke detectors; <br />• Sixteen (16) -Silent Knight addressable heat detectors 135 -degree fix temperature; <br />• Two (2) - Silent Knight addressable manual pull stations; <br />• Sixteen (16) -Silent Knight addressable smoke duct detectors with relay and 5' sampling <br />tubes; <br />• Thirty -Eight (38) — Silent Knight addressable monitoring module (sprinkler devices); and <br />• Ten (10) - Silent Knight addressable relay modules (elevator recall). <br />Contractor will perform all work in a thorough and workmanlike manner and according to <br />standard practices. <br />2.
