EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide 25 yoga classes. Classes will be scheduled once per <br />week unless otherwise agreed upon with the City. The length of classes (30 or <br />45 minutes) will be determined at the City's discretion during the contract term. <br />Classes shall be held by Contractor in-person at the Public Works Services <br />facility at 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA. Contractor will provide all <br />equipment necessary for the classes (except for yoga mats), which includes, <br />and is not limited to, yoga straps and blocks. <br />11. Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not to <br />exceed $2,904.
