DES:dj~ 06/04/96 (004/42) <br /> <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L --6/17/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12801 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF <br /> CALIFORNIA SEACREST, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "California <br />Seacrest", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Kaufman and Broad - South Bay, Inc., a California <br />corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of California Seacrest", (form dated <br /> 06/04/96) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements <br /> <br /> <br />
