1. By motion, authorize the filing of an application for program funds available <br />under the 2019-20 TDA3 Pedestrian and Bicycle Program and commit to <br />completing the project if grant funding is awarded. <br />2. Amendment No. Ito the Geographic Information System software Enterprise <br />License Agreement for small governments with Environmental Systems <br />Research Institute, Inc. (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 19-153 <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) in the amount of $167,000 for a <br />total contract of $322,300 to license Geographic Information System software, <br />extend the ELA for a period of three years, and authorize the City Manager to <br />increase the amount of the amendment to the agreement, if necessary, up to <br />10% not to exceed $183,700. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Amendment No. 4 to the professional services agreement with Leslie Parks for <br />Interim Housing and Economic Development Consultant Services (304) <br />MO 19-154 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />4 between the City of Redwood City and Leslie Parks, a Housing and Economic <br />Development Consultant, in the amount of $52,325, for a total of $228,325. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Acceptance of donation for the Magical Bridge Playground Project from the <br />Magical Bridge Foundation (304) MO 19-155 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the donation from the Magical Bridge Foundation of <br />artist/fabricator Jen Lewin's "Magical Harp and Light Pools" for the Magical <br />Bridge Playground's Innovation Zone. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
