Stop sign modifications on Hopkins Avenue at Duane Street (701) <br />Res(0077)15788 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the replacement of the Stop sign with a Yield sign <br />on Hopkins Avenue for westbound traffic at the intersection with Duane Street, <br />west of Duane Street, and the installation of a Stop sign on Hopkins Avenue at <br />the intersection with Duane Street for westbound traffic, east of Duane Street. <br />CECA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.0. Acceptance of a Library Services and Technology Act grant award from the <br />California State Library for robot delivery of library materials to seniors, <br />residents with disabilities, and other community members (505) MO 19-160 <br />(501) (0079) Res 15789 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to accept the Library Services and <br />Technology Act grant award of $99,760 from the California State Library and <br />authorize the Library Director to execute the grant agreement. <br />Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to Fiscal Year 2019- <br />20 General Fund budget to increase revenues by $99,760 and to increase <br />expenditures by $99,760 for the grant acceptance and project implementation, <br />respectively. <br />CECA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 5. Minor alterations in land use limitations <br />6.P.
