CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved in one <br />motion. <br />Motion and second, Masur and Aguirre, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />6.A. Approval of the revised Boards, Commissions and Committees Attendance <br />Policy and introduction of an Ordinance Amending Redwood City Code Section <br />2.102 — Vacancies; Removal of Members (209) MO 19-162 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the revised Boards, Commissions and Committees <br />Attendance Policy (BCC Attendance Policy) clarifying that the policy applies to <br />all Boards, Commissions and Committees (BCCs), clarifying removal procedures <br />for certain BCC members for non-attendance reasons in order to align with the <br />City Charter, clarifying that a member must be present for at least fifty percent <br />(50%) of a meeting to be counted as present, and clarifying that if a meeting is <br />cancelled for lack of business, Election Day, summer recess, or winter recess, <br />that meeting will not be factored into the calculation of the percentage of <br />absences by a member over a twelve month consecutive period. <br />2. Waive the first reading and introduce an Ordinance Amending Redwood City <br />Code Section 2.102 (Vacancies; Removal of Members) of Article IX (Boards and <br />Commissions) of Chapter 2 (Administration) of the Redwood City Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B. Amendment No. Ito the agreement for professional services with Raycom <br />Data Technologies, Inc., for the Microfilm and Microfiche Digitization Project <br />(304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 19-163 <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Raycom Data Technologies, <br />Inc., for the Microfilm and Microfiche Digitization Project in the amount of <br />$119,956.91 for a total contract amount of $228,215.21, and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the total contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% not to <br />exceed $251,036.73. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />
