Presentation of Pain Awareness Month proclamation <br />Michele Rice, California Ambassador for the U.S. Pain Foundation, accepted the <br />proclamation. <br />4.6. Transportation Advisory Committee newly appointed members swearing in <br />Matthew Self and Monica Colondres were sworn in by the City Clerk. <br />(Committee Members Rebecca Ratcliffe and Margarita Parra Cobaleda were not <br />present) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Kendall Stansbury <br />• Asuka Lopacinski <br />• Mary Bernier <br />6.
