The City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to direct that water meters or classes of water <br /> meters may be read bi-monthly and that the billing period <br /> therefor shall be for a two-month period. In such event, <br /> the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in the foregoing <br /> rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the <br /> applicable water quantity charges." <br /> <br /> 2. Resolution No. 12209 entitled, "Resolution Amending <br />Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water <br />Department (General Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; <br />and Rescinding Resolution No. 12075", adopted June 13, 1994, is <br />hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, <br />provided, however, that the rates and charges established <br />pursuant to paragraph 1, shall be operative from and after <br />July 1, 1996 and shall be applicable for billing periods from and <br />after July 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
