RESOLUTION NO. 14123 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW FINANCIAL <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />(MAZE & ASSOCIATES) <br />1/22/01 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Consulting <br />Services - Implementation of New Financial Reporting Requirements" (form <br />dated 01/18/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Maze & Associates, an accountancy <br />corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1072 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/S h a red /Redwood /Cou nd <br />01/18/01 R <br />
