6.E. - Page 14 of 27 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide thefollowing Services: <br />Phase 1: feasibility analysis for a site(s) that meets minimum and <br />optimum parcel size requirements <br />Task 1.1 Kick-off Meeting to discuss a workplan and develop a schedule <br />Consultant shall meet with key City staff to discuss parameters of the study, <br />and prepare a work plan, and next steps, and drat a schedule, <br />Deliverables: <br />a. Work plan - <br />b. Schedule <br />Task 1.2 Site(s) Analysis and Assessment Report <br />Consultant shall provide technical site analysis that demonstrates the <br />opportunity and constraints of sites identified as available for their intended <br />use. The summary site analysis should Include: <br />• Location <br />• Existing land usedesignation <br />• Utilities <br />• Current uses, if any <br />• Approximate size of pareel(s) <br />• Site aboessibillty <br />• Parking <br />• Site constraints, if any <br />Deliverable: <br />a. Site(s) analysis and assessment report <br />Task 1.3 Cost Analysis for land, construction and operating costs. <br />Consultant shall provide a cost analysis for each site identified. The cost <br />analysis should be incorporated into the opportunities and constraints <br />presentation. <br />1.2.
