Response to Civil Grand Jury Report entitled "Soaring City Pension Costs - <br />Follow-up on Grand Jury Report of 2017-2018" <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the attached letter responding to the San Mateo County <br />Civil Grand Jury Report and authorize the Mayor to sign and send the letter to <br />the San Mateo County Civil Grand Jury. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to provide City staff with training <br />and development opportunities through the San Mateo County Employee <br />Relations Training Consortium <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />special services agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training <br />workshops and consulting services in an amount not -to -exceed $5,360, bringing <br />the City's total annual contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to $275,360. <br />2.
