04/26/2010 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Consolidated Plan and Application prepared for submission to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community <br />Development Block Grant, pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community <br />Development Act of 1974, copies of which are on file in the office of the Community <br />Development Services Department of the City of Redwood City, are hereby approved. <br />2. This Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br />followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the aforesaid <br />application and all documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary <br />or appropriate in connection therewith, and to provide such additional information as <br />may be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Atty /Reso /Reso.2003 #15020 <br />041210 2 MUFF # 404 <br />
