4. The findings, mitigation measures, and statement of overriding <br />considerations set forth in detail in Resolution No. 15059, adopted on even date <br />herewith, and the Findings And Statements Required By The California Environmental <br />Quality Act, dated October 11, 2010 (Attachment 1.A to Resolution No. 15059), have <br />been adopted by the City Council, in compliance with Sections 15091 and 15093 of Title <br />14 of the California Code of Regulations. <br />B. Based upon the foregoing findings, the City Council affirms the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation and approves and adopts the proposed New General <br />Plan. <br />C.
