11/08/2010 <br />includes an Affordability Covenant that will be recorded against the Property which <br />provides that the affordability provisions shall remain in effect for a term of 55 years and <br />that the units will be affordable at the to persons and families at the specified income <br />levels. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement and all <br />documents necessary to implement the conveyance of the Property to the San Mateo <br />County Service League, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject <br />to any technical and clarifying changes approved by the City Attorney. <br />SECTION 3.
