01/10/2011 <br /> will include the costs of a specified number of training programs offered to member <br /> agencies each year; access to the consortium website or learning management system; <br /> and administrative costs associated with running the consortium. Member Agency will be <br /> notified of their renewal fees no later than April 1 of each year. Fees will be due by July 1 <br /> of each year. Member Agency can opt out of the Consortium each year by submitting a <br /> written notification to the chair of the governing board no later than May 1. Member <br /> Agency may negotiate reduced fees for in -kind services to the Consortium as authorized <br /> by the governing board. If numerous member agencies opt out in a given year, an <br /> emergency meeting of the governing board will be held to evaluate the fee structure and <br /> amend fees as deemed necessary by the board. <br /> The fee shall be paid to the fiscal agent of the Consortium. The fiscal agent of the <br /> Consortium is responsible for collecting all fees, keeping appropriate documentation of <br /> all monies received and paid from the consortium and presenting an annual report of the <br /> consortium budget to the governing body of the consortium. The City of Redwood City <br /> will serve as the Fiscal Agent. <br /> Term: <br /> The term of this agreement will be on -going unless otherwise cancelled by the <br /> governing board or member agency with a 60 day notice.
