01/10/2011 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15079 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY ADOPTING THE REVISED INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED PREZONING AND <br /> SUBSEQUENT ANNEXATION OF 1250, 1252, AND 1254 EDGEWOOD <br /> ROAD AND THE RELATED MITIGATION MONITORING AND <br /> REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Project is the proposed prezoning and annexation of three <br /> parcels (1250, 1252, and 1254 Edgewood Road), the subdivision of 1250 Edgewood <br /> road into three single - family dwelling parcels, and the demolition of all structures on the <br /> 1250 Edgewood Road parcel and a Planned Development Permit to allow the <br /> construction of three new single - family dwellings with a shared access driveway; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City prepared a Revised Initial Study and Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration ( "Revised IS /MND ") to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the <br /> Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Revised IS /MND was published for public review and comment <br /> for 30 days beginning on October 22, 2010, and ending on November 22, 2010. The <br /> Revised IS /MND was filed with the State Office of Planning & Research under State <br /> Clearinghouse No. 2009102101; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 2011, a duly noticed public hearing of the City <br /> Council was held to consider adoption of the Revised IS /MND and the Mitigation, <br /> Monitoring, and Reporting Program ( "MMRP "), on file and made available at the Office <br /> of the City Clerk, and to introduce the prezoning ordinance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 2. This City Council hereby adopts the Revised IS /MND based on the following <br /> findings: <br /> a. That the City Council has reviewed and analyzed the Revised IS /MND and other <br /> information in the entire record and has considered the information contained <br /> therein, including the written and oral comments received during the public <br /> review process and at the public hearing on the Revised IS /MND and the Project, <br /> prior to adopting the Revised IS /MND; and <br /> ATTY /RESO /RESO.2082 #15079 <br /> 010511 Muff # 602 <br /> 1 <br />
