The City Council hereby approves the modifications and <br /> amendments to the Agreement as set forth in that certain "Amendment No. 2 to <br /> Agreement for Services City of Redwood City and Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency (Administrative Services)" (the "Amendment "), attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated herein by reference.
