NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Redwood City hereby <br /> approves and authorizes the Mayor to execute the Option Agreement between the City <br /> of Redwood City and the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency for the Parcels owned <br /> by the Agency, subject to any minor conforming, technical or clarifying changes <br /> approved by the City Attorney, and to execute any other documents and take further <br /> actions or steps necessary to carry out the transaction, including without limitation a <br /> notice exercising the option pursuant to Section 6 of the Option Agreement and <br /> certificates accepting the properties. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Redwood City at a regular <br /> meeting held on the 7 day of March 2011 by the following vote: <br /> ATTY /RESO.2113 /REDWOOD CITY/ CITY RESO AUTHORIZING OPTION AGREEMENT #15095 <br /> 030411 MUFF #405 <br /> 2 <br />
