RESOLUTION N0.15154 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE UPDATED PARKS IMPACT FEE PROJECT LIST the Mitigation Fee Act (Section 66000 et seq. of the California Government Code) and Article XI, Section 7 of the California Constitution authorize the City to levy a fee upon development projects to defray all or a portion of the costs of public facilities (including public improvements and public amenities) related to the development project; and on October 22, 2007, the City established by Ordinance No. 2318 a
