04/09/2012 <br /> 1. The City of San Redwood City hereby establishes a voluntary ban, as part of the <br /> transition to a mandatory program, such that retail food establishments within the City of <br /> Redwood City shall discontinue and eliminate the use of food service ware made of polystyrene <br /> and instead use food service ware that is biodegradable, recyclable, or re-usable; and <br /> 2.
