Section 1. The City Council hereby confirms its approval, pursuant to the <br /> Resolution of Issuance, of the issuance of the Bonds, under the terms originally set <br /> forth in the Resolution of Issuance. The City Council acknowledges that the dates of <br /> the documents referenced therein will be revised to reflect the actual date of issuance <br /> of the Bonds. The City Council further acknowledges that the form of Preliminary <br /> Official Statement approved by the Resolution of Issuance will be revised to reflect <br /> revised information on the ownership and status of property within the District, along <br /> with updating other information in the Preliminary Official Statement required due to the <br /> passage of time. <br /> Section 2. All actions heretofore taken by the officers and agents of the City <br /> with respect to the issuance and sale of the Bonds are hereby approved, confirmed and <br /> ratified, and the proper officers of the City are each hereby authorized and directed to <br /> do any and all things and take any and all actions and execute any and all certificates, <br /> agreements and other documents, which they, or any of them, may deem necessary or <br /> advisable in order to consummate the lawful issuance and delivery of the Bonds in <br /> accordance with this Resolution and the Resolution of Issuance, and any certificate, <br /> agreement, and other document described in the documents herein approved. <br /> Section 3.
