<br />On December 3, 2012, the City Council of the City, acting in the capacity as the
<br />legislative body of the District, adopted the Bond Resolution authorizing the issuance of the
<br />Bonds, and approving and authorizing the execution of the .Fiscal Agent Agreement, escrow
<br />instructions relating to the redemption of the Prior Bonds, the Continuing Disclosure
<br />Agreement and other related documents and actions.
<br />Land Ownership and Current Special Tax Levy
<br />Land Ownership, Current Assessed Values. Table 1 below shows the fee title owners of
<br />the Taxable Parcels in the District and the current San Mateo County assessed values of the
<br />Taxable Parcels of each such owner. See "APPENDIX H—Taxable Parcels in the District" for
<br />a table showing assessed valuation and other information for each Taxable Parcel in the
<br />District.
