"Reserve RequiremenY' with respect to any Additional Bonds shall have the meaning provided in <br /> the supplemental indenture relating thereto. <br /> "Responsible Officer" means any officer of the Trustee assigned by the Trustee to <br /> administer the trusts established hereunder. . <br /> � "Reserve Fund" means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 3.06. <br /> "Revenues"means (a)all amounts received by the Authority or the Trustee pursuant to or <br /> with respect to the Installment Purchase Contract, including, without limiting the generality of <br /> the foregoing, all of the Installment Payments (including both timely and delinquent payments <br /> and any late charges), prepayments of Installment Payments, insurance proceeds and <br /> condemnation proceeds deposited in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund, (b) amounts <br /> deposited in the Reserve Fund and Payrnent Fund, and (c) a11 interest, profits or other income <br /> derived from the investment of amounts in any fund or account established pursuant to this <br /> Indenture(except the Project Fund and the Rebate Fund). <br /> "S&P"means Standazd&Poor's Ratings Service,a Standazd&Poor's Financial Services <br /> LLC business, its successors and assigns. <br /> "Securities Depositories" means The Depository Trust Company, 55 Water Street, SOth <br /> Floor, New York, New York 10041-0099, Attention: Call Not�fication Department, Fax (212) <br /> 855-7232; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the Securities and Exchange <br /> Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities depositories as the Authority may <br /> designate in writing to the Trustee. <br /> "Series 2013 Bonds" means the $26,870,000 principal amount of Water Revenue <br /> �Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 authorized hereby and at any time Outstanding hereunder that are <br /> issued by the Authority under and pursuant to Article II of this Indenture. <br /> "Trustee" means, with respect to the Series 2013 Bonds,U.S. Bank National Association, <br /> a national ba.nking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the <br /> United States, or its successor or any other bank or trust company which may at any time be <br /> substituted in its place as provided in Section 7.01. "Trustee" with respect to any Additional <br /> Bonds shall have the meaning provided in the supplemental indenture relating thereto. <br /> "2005 Indenture"means the Indenture of Trust,dated as of February 1,2005,between the <br /> Authoriiy and the Prior Trustee. <br /> "2005 Installment Purchase Contract" means the Installment Purchase Contract, dated as <br /> of February 1,2005, between the City and the Authority. <br /> "2006 Bonds" means the City of Redwood City Public Financing Authority Water <br /> Revenue Bonds, Series 2006A. <br /> "2006 Indenture"means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of February 1,2006,between the � <br /> Authority and the Prior Trustee. <br /> -10- <br /> 338471 I.DOC <br />
