(ii) to make such provisions for the purpose of curing any ambiguity or <br /> of correcting, curing or supplementing any defective provision contained herein or in regard to <br /> questions azising hereunder which the Authority or the City may deem desirable or necessary and <br /> not inconsistent herewith, and which shall not materially adversely affect the interests of the <br /> Owners; <br /> (iii) to make such additions, deletions or modifications as may be <br /> necessary or appropriate to assure the exclusion of interest fi•om federal or State income taxes; <br /> (iv) to provide for the issuance of Parity Obligations as provided for in <br /> Section 4.03 hereof or the issuance of Additional Bonds as provided for in the Indenture; <br /> (v) to make such other changes herein or modifications hereto as the <br /> Authority or the City may deem desirable or necessary, and which shall not materially adversely <br /> affect the interests of the Owners. <br /> Any amendment made in violation of this Section 8.11 shall be a nullity and void. <br /> Section 8.12 Effective Date. <br /> This Installment Purchase Contract shall become effective upon its execution and <br /> delivery, and shall terminate when all Instaliment Payments shall have been fully paid and the <br /> Bonds are no longer Outstanding (or provision for the payment thereof shall have been made to <br /> the written satisfaction of the Authority pursuant to Article IX of the Indenture); provided, that <br /> the obligation of the City to compensate the Trustee, and indemnify the Authority and the <br /> Trustee,shall survive the termination of this Installment Purchase Contract. <br /> Section 8.I3.
