06/03/2013 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15265 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY SETTING JUNE 24, 2013 AS THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING AND ADOPTION ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, <br /> the Council shall establish by resolution a date for public hearing of the budget and for <br /> budget adoption; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 25, 2013, the Council approved by motion the date of <br /> � June 24, 2013, as the date for budget adoption and public hearing. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Setting Public Hearing and Budget Adoption <br /> 1. Pursuant to Redwood City Municipal Code Section 51.5, the Council <br /> hereby adopts June 24, 2013 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter <br /> may be heard, at the Redwood City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, <br /> Redwood City, California, as the time and place for public hearing on the budget for <br /> fiscal year 2013-14 and also for adoption of the budget. <br /> 2. The City Council directs that copies of the budget shall be filed with the City <br /> Clerk for inspection by the public. <br /> 3.
