. _ _ i <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> 07/22/2013 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2Q13 - 6934 <br /> RESOLIITIQN QF THE TOG7N COUNCIL OF THS TOWN OF WOODSIDE: <br /> (1) CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF 135 DEAN ROAD (PROPERTY} SNTO THE <br /> TOGlN CENTER SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT; {2) AUTHORIZING THE TOWN <br /> MANAGEA TO EXECUTE REVISED AGREEI�NTS WITH REDWOOD CITY AND THE FAIR <br /> OAKB SE9�R MAIN'i'ENANCE DISTRICT (FOS1rID) TO .ADD THIS PROPERTY INTO THE <br /> APPRQVED SERjFICL AREA FOR THL TOWN CENTER SEWER ASSESSI�NT DISTRICT <br /> (TCAD) AND TO REMOV� THE PROPERTY FROM THE REDWOOD CREEX TAUNK SEWER <br /> ASSESSMEbiT DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 51.123 of the Municipal Code has identified the <br /> Property within Sewer Service Allocation Area I2; anci <br /> D�iEREAS, the Town Engineer finds that the septic system for the <br /> Property has failed as provided in Section 51.122; and <br /> RHEREAS, Section 51.125 (C) of the Municipal Code requires parcels <br /> that lie in "Area II" that tiave failed septic systems to connect to <br /> the public sewer system; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of the Property have indicated connection to <br /> sewer within the Redwood Creek Sewer Assessment District cannot be <br /> completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of the Property have applied for a sewer <br /> connection to TCAD; and <br /> wu�'RFn�, the connection to TCAD sewer facilitie-s is consistent <br /> with the General Plan and reserved sewer capacity in the TCAD is <br /> available; and . <br /> 9�EREAS, the Iegislative bodies of Redwood City and the Fair Oaks <br /> Sewer Maintenance District will need to agree to amend the agreements <br /> that both those agencies have with the Town of Woodside pertaining to <br /> the Town Center Sewer Assessment Dis�rict in order to allow this <br /> property to be annexecl into the District and the Town will need to <br /> execute amended agreements accordingly. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RE30LVED BY TI3E TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOAN OF i�00DSIDE THAT: <br /> 1. The Town Council consents to the annexation of 135 Dean Road ' <br /> into the Town Center Sewer Assessment District; and <br /> 2.
