09/09/2013 <br /> 2008102023; and <br /> WHEREAS, the DEIR for the Stanford in Redwood City Project identified that the <br /> Project would have potential significant impacts in the areas of transportation, air quality <br /> (construction), utilities, hazards and hazardous materials, noise, cultural and historic <br /> resources and geology and soils. All of these impacts can be mitigated to less-than- <br /> significant levels in conformance with applicable standard measures and project-level <br /> mitigation measures identified in the EIR except for the significant unavoidable <br /> transportation, air quality and historic resource impacts identified in the DEIR and <br /> summarized below: <br /> A.
