All of these impacts can be mitigated to less-than- <br /> significant levels in conformance with applicable standard measures and project-level <br /> mitigation measures identified in the EIR except for the significant unavoidable <br /> transportation, air quality and historic resource impacts identified in the DEIR and <br /> summarized below: <br /> A.
