RE <br />10/07/2013 <br />agendas, and appeal procedures were unlawful in any manner. This <br />determination is based, in part, on the IS/MND, the staff reports and attachments <br />prepared for the Planning Commission hearings on the Project and the staff <br />report and attachments prepared for the City Council on the Project and this <br />appeal, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Accordingly, the <br />appeal is denied and the Planning Commission's July 2, 2013, action is upheld. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council has considered the IS/MND for the Project <br /> <br />Section 3. In denying the appeal and approving Planned Development <br />Permit No. PD2013-04, the City Council affirms and adopts the findings and <br />conditions of approval adopted by the Planning Commission in Resolution No. <br />13-15 (A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />Approving a Planned Development Permit for the 1410 Valota Road Residential <br /> <br />Project). <br /> <br />Section 4.
