11/04/2013 <br /> ATTACHMENT I <br /> PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES AND DISINCENTIVES <br /> Contractor shall be assessed a disincentive payment if the Average Speed of Answer is <br /> less than or equal to thirty (30) seconds each month. If Contractor fails to achieve this <br /> maximum Average Speed of Answer, the Agency shall assess a disincentive payment <br /> based on the following example: <br /> Actual Average Speed of Answer=47 seconds <br /> Average Speed of Answer Standard = 30 seconds <br /> Speed of Answer Disincentive Payment=$500.00 per second <br /> Disincentive =Actual Average > 30 seconds <br /> 47- 30 = 17 seconds <br /> 17 x$500.00 = $8,500 <br /> If the actual Average Speed of Answer is equal to or greater than fifteen (15) seconds <br /> and less than thirty (30) seconds each month, neither incentives or disincentives shall be <br /> applied. <br /> 12 RESO.#15303 <br /> MUFF#01 <br />
