purchase or lease capacity from any other Agency which has surplus or unused <br /> capacity rights or (ii) at its own expense, provide for modifications to pumping, <br /> conveyance or treatment facilities so as to accommodate its excess use of the <br /> Joint Facilities. If any Agency fails to comply with the provisions of this <br /> Subdivision, the Authority may take any necessary action under Section 7.4 or <br /> Section 7.6." <br /> 7. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A" of this Supplemental Agreement VI, which Exhibit is incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> 8.
