_ . . _ . <br /> 03/24/2014 <br /> NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the Memorandum of Agreement Regarding Funding for Construction of an <br /> Animal Care Shelter on Airport Boulevard in San Mateo, California, Among the Cities of <br /> Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Foster City, <br /> Half Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley, Redwood <br /> City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and Woodside and the <br /> County of San Mateo attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> execute said agreement and to attest to such execution, respectively, for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> ATTY/RES0.2968/CC ANIMAL CONTROL RESO.#15335 <br /> REV:03-17-14 PT MUFF#304 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
