The onsite storm drainage system shall be designed so as not to <br /> detrimentally impact the City's storm drainage system, to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. <br /> 42. The applicant shall provide all field survey data related to the project. The <br /> data shall be provided in AutoCad drawing files. <br /> 43. The applicant shall retain a Civil Engineer to prepare "as-built" or "record" <br /> drawings, and the drawings shall be submitted in AutoCad format. <br /> 44. Continuous site inspection shall be provided by a Soils Engineer at the <br /> Developer's expense during trenching and backfill operations. The Soils <br /> Engineer shall take compaction tests, and shall submit test results to the <br /> City Engineer for approval. <br /> 45. The radii at the curb returns at the street entrances and at all turns shall <br /> accommodate the WB-50 truck turning template. <br /> 46. The Applicant shall prepare a Notice of Intent (and submit a copy to the <br /> City) for the proposed grading operation. <br /> 47. Prior to Final Map approval, Applicant shall secure all rights to off-site <br /> improvements necessary to serve the Project, to the City Engineer's <br /> satisfaction. <br /> 48. Minor corrections have been redlined on the submitted check prints and <br /> should be corrected and resubmitted by the Applicant prior to the Final <br /> Map. <br /> 49. Any further modifications and/or corrections to the Vesting Tentative Maps <br /> are subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> Fire Department <br /> 50. Fire Department access roads shall be required when any portion of the <br /> facility or any portion of an exterior wall of the first story of the building is <br /> located more than 150 feet from fire apparatus access, unless an <br /> alternative method or means of protection has been approved by the Fire <br /> Marshal. <br /> 51. Emergency Vehicle access shall comply with CFC and the Redwood City <br /> Fire Department Standards. Design shall meet city standards for weight <br /> loading with a clear width of 26' as per the CFC.
