RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> Autotemp staff will be available to assist tenants being displaced with questions <br /> about relocation and, actual assistance in relocating. A comprehensive <br /> relocation assistance program, with technical and advisory assistance, will be <br /> provided to the tenants being displaced. <br /> Relocation staff may be contacted, at 888.202.9195, between the hours of 8:30 <br /> AM. to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and also available on-site by <br /> appointment. <br /> The Relocation Office is located at 373 4th Street, Suite 2A, Oakland, CA. <br /> Specific consultant assistance will include: <br /> 1. Distribution of informational statements. Attachment 2 contains a <br /> sample of the informational notices that have been given to the <br /> displaced residential occupants; <br /> 2. Timely referrals to residential dwelling units; <br /> 3. Assistance with completion and filing of relocation claims and <br /> appeals forms, if necessary; <br /> 4. Fully informing eligible project occupants of the nature of, and <br /> procedures for, obtaining relocation assistance and benefits; <br /> 5. Determining the needs of each displacee eligible for assistance; <br /> 6. Providing assistance that does not result in different or separate <br /> treatment due to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual <br /> orientation, marital status or other arbitrary circumstances; <br /> 7.
