05/04/2015 <br /> Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community <br /> Development Act of 1974 , and the Home Investment Partnership Program pursuant to <br /> the National Affordable Housing Act of 1992 , copies of which as well as the <br /> Consolidated Plan are on file in the office of the Community Development Department <br /> of the City of Redwood City, are hereby approved . <br /> 2 . The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br /> followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br /> 3 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the Application <br /> and all related documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary or <br /> appropriate in connection therewith , and to provide such additional information as may <br /> be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 4 .
