05/18/20�5 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15409 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY SETTING JUNE 22, 2015 AS THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING AND ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, Section 51.5 of the City Charter requires that the City Council <br /> establish, by resolution, a date upon which the budget resolution shall be presented and <br /> a public hearing held on the upcoming fiscal year budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the public hearing date of June 22, 2015 for the Fiscal Year 2015-16 <br /> budget was approved in concept at the March 9, 2015 City Council meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provision of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> City, June 22, 2015, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be <br /> heard, at City Hall, the City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> California, is hereby set as the time and place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal <br /> year 2015-16 and also for adoption of the budget <br /> 2. The City Council directs that copies of the budget shall be filed with the City <br /> Clerk for inspection by the public <br /> 3.
