_ <br /> .� � <br /> ----, __. <br /> 06/22/2015 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This SECOND AMENDMENT to the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated June 10, <br /> 2010 between the City of Redwood City, a Charter City and Municipal Corporation of the State <br /> of California ("City"), and Pamela Thompson ("Employee") is entered into as of the 22"d day of <br /> June, 2015. <br /> WHEREAS, in conformance with its performance review and compensation program for <br /> its appointees, the City Council has evaluated salary survey data of comparable positions in <br /> benchmark cities, and wishes to adjust Employee's salary accordingly as well as acknowledge <br /> benefit concessions and Employee's performance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the original <br /> Agreement and as provided herein, the Agreement is AMENDED, as follows: <br /> Section 2. Employee shall receive a salary of nineteen thousand six hundred and seven <br /> dollars ($19,607) per month, effective the first day of the first pay period following July <br /> 1, 2015.
