05/09/2016 <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the County would like to continue this cooperative <br /> arrangement and so restated the cooperative agreement to now include a fee for use to <br /> be paid to the County by the City to help cover some of the costs for operating the parking <br /> garage and parking lot. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. That the sum of Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($86,500) shall be appropriated from the fund balance in the City's Parking District Fund, <br /> from which account the City shall make payment to the County of San Mateo for the City's <br /> public use of the County's parking garage and parking lot. <br /> Section 2.
