05/23/2016 <br /> The Disclosure Coordinator shall review the investor information section of the <br /> City's website at least annually to assure that (a) material third-party information is not <br /> linked or referred to without appropriate disclaimers, is not hyperlinked, and is not <br /> included unless the Disclosure Coordinator has reason to believe that it is reliable, and <br /> identifies the source of the information; (b) dated material information is removed from <br /> the website or moved to a clearly labeled archives page; (c) all material financial and <br /> operating data is presented as of a specific date with appropriate disclaimers as to the <br /> currency of the data; and (d) the material information presented is consistent with the <br /> knowledge of appropriate personnel of the City and not internally inconsistent. <br /> The City's home page should include the following statement: <br /> "The only information on this website that is posted with the intention of <br /> reaching the investing public, including bondholders, rating analysts, <br /> investment advisors, or any other members of the investment community, <br /> is located on the investor information web pages. Other than the specific <br /> information presented in the investor information web pages, no other <br /> information on the City's website is intended to be the basis of or should be <br /> relied upon in making an investment decision. Because each security <br /> issued by the City or its related entities may involve different sources of <br /> payment and security, you should refer for additional information to the <br /> official statement and continuing disclosure filings for the particular security. <br /> The information posted in the investor information web pages speaks only <br /> as of its date." <br /> The investor information of the City's website shall include the following statement <br /> on each page of the City's investor website section that shall read: <br /> "All information contained on this website is obtained from sources believed <br /> to be accurate and reliable. While all information presented is believed to <br /> be accurate and reliable, it is prepared without audit unless otherwise <br /> identified as audited financial information. Due to the possibility of human <br /> or mechanical error and other factors, this information is provided as is <br /> without warranty of any kind and the City makes no representation, express <br /> or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of this <br /> information, and is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any <br /> party using this information. This website and the information contained <br /> herein do not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy <br /> any securities." <br /> Other Public Statements. The Disclosure Coordinator is not required to review all <br /> public statements made by officials of the City.
