The proposed WSCP and WCP have been reviewed with respect to <br /> the applicability of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State CEQA <br /> Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14 , Section 15000 et seq .) . The <br /> proposed WSCP and WCP are categorically exempt from CEQA under CEQA Guidelines <br /> 15307 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of Natural Resources) because <br /> they are actions authorized by state or local ordinance to assure the maintenance of a <br /> natural resource. <br /> Section 4. The City hereby adopts the WSCP, attached as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated herein , and the WCP , attached as Exhibit B and incorporated herein <br /> contingent upon the effectiveness of the Ordinance Regulating Water Use. <br /> Section 5. Contingent upon adoption of this Resolution , Resolutions No. 15362 <br /> and 15418 are hereby rescinded , effective immediately. <br /> Section 6.
