12/12/2016 <br /> WHEREAS, City held a public hearing on December 12, 2016 to hear evidence <br /> offered by interested persons and to determine from all of the evidence submitted whether <br /> the described portions of Hancock Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way <br /> is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> 2 . On December 12 , 2016, the City Council held a public hearing and received <br /> evidence offered by interested persons and finds that the described portions of Hancock <br /> Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way is unnecessary for present or <br /> prospective public purposes and therefore City shall vacate portions of Hancock Street, <br /> Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way, subject to the reservation of a Public <br /> Service Easement, Access Easement, and Stormwater Easement as described and <br /> shown on Exhibits 2, 3, and 4 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 3 . The portions of Hancock Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right- <br /> of-way to be vacated are more fully described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein . <br /> 4.
