While the City is not obligated to provide any specific <br />relocation benefits by law, the City is committed to developing a customized program to <br />address potential relocation hardships that individuals currently residing at Docktown may <br />face. <br />The City retained the services of Overland, Pacific and Cutler, Inc. ("OPC") to prepare the <br />Docktown Plan and advise the City on a reasonable relocation assistance process, and <br />to provide potential relocation advisory services and financial assistance options for <br />Households who may be impacted by the relocation of Live Aboard occupancy at <br />Docktown. <br />
