<br /> <br />10 | Page <br />Docktown Plan <br />OAK #4823-0464-7229 v3 <br />SECTION 1: EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />The purpose of this section is to describe the people and property that would be impacted <br />by relocation from Docktown. When the City evaluated Docktown's characteristics, it <br />determined that certain Dwellings and individuals, such as Seniors, Disabled Persons, <br />Veterans, and Low Income Households, were more likely to face a greater impact from <br />the proposed relocation of Live Aboard occupancy at Docktown. As a result, the City <br />determined to offer enhanced benefits to those who fall into one or more of these <br />categories. <br />Geography <br />Docktown Marina (see Figure 1 below) is located at 1548 Maple Street in Redwood City <br />east of US Highway 101 on Redwood Creek, which is an inlet to the southern portion of <br />the San Francisco Bay. <br />Figure 1: Docktown Location <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
