Data is <br />subject to change based upon inspection of each Dwelling and <br />re-assessment of its condition. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3: REPLACEMENT HOUSING RESOURCES <br />A resource survey was conducted in October 2016 to identify potential replacement <br />marinas and land-based rental housing options. This survey is intended to provide a <br />preliminary assessment of market availability and depth; it should not be construed as a <br />full and final assessment of all potential housing resources in the San Francisco Bay Area <br />or other locations that may be suitable or desirable for specific households. <br />Survey Process and Results <br />OPC utilized the following parameters to conduct the survey. <br />1. Contacted marinas located in San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Contra <br />Costa, Solano, Sacramento, and San Joaquin Counties. The survey identified the number <br />of berths available for residential uses at the time of the survey, rent for those berths, and <br />available waitlist opportunities. <br />2. Contacted market rate multi-family properties in Redwood City to inquire about <br />vacancies and rents. No search was conducted outside of Redwood City. Such searches
