Additionally, the Draft Docktown Plan shall be <br />made available to the Public; <br />5. The opportunity to submit written, or oral comments and objections <br />regarding the Draft Docktown Plan and to have these comments attached <br />to the Docktown Plan when it is forwarded to the City Council for <br />consideration; <br />6. Consideration of all public comments received; and, <br />7. Presentation of the Docktown Plan to the City Council at a noticed public <br />meeting on December 12, 2016. <br />Relocation of Live Aboard Occupancy Process <br />All Households will be provided with the opportunity to equally participate in the relocation <br />process and receive assistance they may be eligible for under the City’s Relocation <br />Assistance Program. The relocation of Live Aboard occupancy process and the relocation <br />assistance services that will be provided will ensure that the process does not result in <br />disparate treatment of Households based on race, nationality, color, religion, national <br />origin, sex, marital status, familial status, disability, any other basis protected by the <br />federal Fair Housing Amendments Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VIII of the Civil Rights <br />Act of 1968, the California Fair Employment & Housing Act, and the Unruh Act, or any <br />otherwise unlawful discriminatory basis. <br />Relocation Assistance Eligibility <br />OPC shall make all best efforts to meet with each potentially eligible Household to <br />determine their relocation assistance eligibility. OPC will request that they provide all <br />pertinent information pertaining to their potential eligibility. Each Household will be <br />provided with a documents request letter in advance of their eligibility meeting with OPC. <br />Information and documents ("Eligibility Documents") requested by OPC must be returned
