Provide current information concerning housing opportunities for the six <br />month period under the Docktown Relocation of Live Aboard Occupancy <br />Notice as described later in the Docktown Plan. This information will be <br />updated twice each month during the 6-month period; <br />5. Connect Households with special assistance needs by providing referrals <br />to governmental and social service agencies, if needed; <br />6. Provide assistance that does not result in disparate treatment of <br />Households based on race, nationality, color, religion, national origin, sex, <br />marital status, familial status, disability, any other basis protected by the <br />federal Fair Housing Amendments Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, <br />Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of <br />1964, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, the California Fair <br />Employment & Housing Act, and the Unruh Act, or any otherwise unlawful <br />discrimination; <br />7. To assist each eligible person with completion of claims for relocation <br />payments; and <br />8. Supply information concerning federal and state housing programs and <br />other governmental programs that may provide additional assistance to the <br />Household. <br />Relocation Advisory Assistance: <br />1. Relocation Assistance Specialist Contact: <br />A relocation representative from OPC will be available to assist any Household having <br />questions in regard to relocation and/or assistance in relocating. Specific staff will be <br />identified and provided to the Households at a later date.
