OPC will provide two lists of referrals for the <br />Tenant’s use for a period of six (6) months. OPC will consider location and their <br />financial limitations in the search. <br />Tenant With a Sub-tenant: Will be provided with referrals to available alternative <br />marina berth sites based on their desire to pursue relocation of their Dwelling. Relocation Financial Assistance: <br />Despite no legal requirement to provide any Relocation Benefits, the City Council has <br />decided to offer Relocation Financial Assistance for Tenants and Sub-tenants to help <br />them to relocate their Dwelling, find a new marina slip for their Dwelling, move their <br />Household Goods, and/or move to a new land-based Primary Residence. In order to <br />receive Relocation Financial Assistance, a Household must have resided at Docktown for <br />the 90-day period prior to December 31, 2016 under a valid Lease or Subtenant <br />Agreement. Potential types of Relocation Financial Assistance that could be available <br />depending on each Household's classification are set forth by classification and <br />summarized in Table 5 below.
