<br /> <br />30 | Page <br />Docktown Plan <br />OAK #4823-0464-7229 v3 <br />In the event a Dwelling is owned by multiple Owners, and the Owners qualify as <br />Senior, Low-Income, Veteran or Disabled, those qualifying Owners would split the <br />Replacement Marina Berth Rent enhanced payment. <br />Sub-tenant <br />1. Actual and Reasonable Moving Costs of Household Goods: <br />The City would pay the actual and reasonable cost to move a Sub-tenant’s <br />Household Goods stored on a Tenant’s Dwelling or elsewhere at Docktown. OPC <br />would require the Sub-tenant to submit at least two bids for moving services for <br />review and approval. The City will reimburse or directly pay up to the low bid <br />amount established by OPC. Costs to be considered in the move include the cost <br />to dismantle, pack, transport, store (no greater than twelve (12) months), sales <br />taxes, insurance, handling, and consumer utility reconnection fees required in the <br />move. The distance paid for is limited to the actual cost to move fifty (50) miles <br />from Docktown. <br />In lieu of reimbursement of the actual documented cost, the Sub-tenant could elect <br />to receive a one-time fixed payment of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) <br />to cover all costs associated with moving the Sub-tenant’s Household Goods. <br />2. Incentive Payments: <br />In addition to all other benefits for which they qualify, Sub-tenants who agree to <br />expedited relocations of their Household Goods and enter into an Agreement to <br />Relocate with the City within the timeframes provided below are eligible to receive <br />the following incentive payment:
