The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The City Council of City of Redwood City approves the Workplan attached <br />to the Staff Report for developing a Green Infrastructure Plan. <br />3.
